Welcome to the Time series module of R2. Multiple time series experiments are stored within datasets (most of them in 'set_**_mix').
Time series experiments can be queried in up to 3 different ways. First of all, you can view the expression throughout time series for a gene of interest by 'View a gene'.
In addition you can build a table with genes that meet specific criteria with 'Create a list of genes'. Finally, when the experiment has been performed at least 3 times (replicates), then you are able to investigate the data by 'Create a list of genes (multiplo)' analysis.
